What kind of functions can our intelligent voice transfer system fulfill?

Customized Welcome Message

You can choose to use your own recordings or let us create professional AI-generated voice messages for you, with sound quality comparable to real people.

Anti-spam Customization

Require callers to perform actions (e.g., press 1 to connect) to filter out most automated nuisance calls.

Automatic SMS Follow Up

Automatically sends customized text messages after the caller hangs up.

Missed Call Handling

You can set up a customized recording or SMS message for missed calls.

Business Hour Behavior

You can set business hours and specify non-business hour behavior, such as selecting messages to be played during non-business hours. For example, you can play the appropriate voice message during non-business hours.

Multi-step Customization

Customize call canter behavior according to your specific needs.

Third-party Integration

Customization by interfacing with third-party platforms, such as automatically sending emails or other messaging apps that contain the caller’s information after an incoming call is received.

Language Options

Provide callers with multiple language choices and define subsequent behaviors based on the language selected.

VoIP Number Choice and Methods

Carry Over Existing Methods

For a smooth transition, you will need to provide the following information:

  • The number you wish to carry.
  • The first and last name of the authorized user or owner.
  • The corresponding service address. Please note that this must be an actual physical address, a PO Box is not accepted as a valid address for this service.
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) signed by the authorized user of the number. Please note that the information on your LOA must match the authorized user name and service address provided by your current carrier.
  • Customer Service Record (CSR) or most recent bill.
  • A CSR is a complete record showing the information on file with the current carrier for your number.
  • A scanned (or electronic) copy of your most recent phone bill, within the last 30 days, including the customer’s account number, owner/authorized subscriber’s name and address information, and all numbers you wish to carry over.

You can choose a new one from our pool:

  • You can decide area code (416, 647, etc.)
  • Number preferences (which digits start with, contain, or end with)。

Note: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to match exactly the number you request, but we will try to match the best number to your preferences.

Fee and Responsibility

Twilio Programmable Voice Fee

Twilio phone numbers incur a Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) from the time they are configured, and the exact price may vary depending on a number of factors, including:

  • Phone number type: mobile, national, toll-free number, etc.
  • Phone number features: voice call, SMS service, SIP trunking, etc. Phone number country: which country the phone number is based on.
  • In addition to the MRC of the phone number, Twilio will also charge you based on your usage of the phone number.
  • Number portability service fee: charged by Twilio and paid through your associated payment method.

Alstra Maintenance Coverage

Alstra’s customized services (all of the features in the “Customized Services Subsection” above) are entirely coded by our engineers, run on Alstra’s servers, store voice files, and are always manually maintained by us to keep these services up and running. These Customized Services are not provided by Twilio.

Alstra’s Maintenance Fee Covers:

  • Servers running JavaScript that is essential for running webhooks and third-party service integrations.
  • For example, custom JavaScript used to determine the number of hours of call center operations.
  • Storage of all recorded and AI-generated voice files. These are the voice files that are played when a user makes a call.

Please note that Twilio’s fees are independent and it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made to Twilio in a timely manner.Alstra is not responsible for the Client’s failure to make timely payments for Twilio’s services.
